Refund Policy (if applicable)

We do not accept returns for promotional, worn, or washed, items. Hats and masks are ineligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number @ blckecon101 @ gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours with an RMA mailing address to mail your return to. Include a note with your order number and email address.

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it’s unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days depending on your card provider. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
